Evergreen Agency operates a mobile text messaging program to provide appointment confirmations, service inquiries, and automated customer support updates. By opting into our program, you agree to receive automated messages tailored to the specific digital services you requested from us.

Users can optionally select a consent checkbox to agree to receive SMS messages from Evergreen Agency.

2. Instructions to Opt-Out of the SMS Program
You can cancel and opt out of the Evergreen Agency SMS program at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text STOP in reply to any message received from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our system. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you explicitly opt back into our web forms.
3. Disclosure for Message and Data Rates
Evergreen Agency does not charge users a fee to join or participate in our text messaging program. However, standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, or from you to us, based on the specific terms of your mobile network provider plan. Please consult your wireless carrier contract for details regarding your text messaging rates.
4. Wireless Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Deliveries of text messages are subject to the effective transmission of your mobile network operator. Mobile carriers, wireless network providers, and intermediaries (including but not limited to Rogers, Bell, Telus, and their respective subsidiaries) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages. Evergreen Agency is not responsible for any delays or technical failures caused by carrier network congestion or end-user device limitations.
